What should I bring to the session?

Wear comfortable training clothes and bring water. Everything else — from equipment to assessment tools — is provided for you.

Do I need training experience?

Not at all. The consult is tailored to your current ability and goals. Whether you’re returning to training or already performing at a high level, we meet you where you are.

Where does it take place?

I am based at the Irish Strength Institute, Dublin.

Where are you located?

I am located at 25g Malahide Road, Dublin D05 W6P2. Parking is available on-site.

Is this suitable if I have injuries?

Yes — the consult includes a full movement screen to identify limitations and adjust exercises safely. We work around injuries, not against them.
